Diet for Pregnant Women

Balanced Diet for women who are pregnant should always give food intake is below:
  • Foods with rich carbohydrate as energy source substances, such as bread, potatoes, rice, noodles, etc..
  • With protein-rich foods as a source of builder substances, such as chicken / beef, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts and vegetables.
  • Food with rich vitamins and minerals as a source of regulatory substances, such as green vegetables and various fruits.


AVOID:
  • Beverages containing alcohol.
  • Smoking.
  • Herbal and vitamin supplements with high doses.
  • Drugs without a doctor's supervision.
  • Low-carbohydrate diets in an effort to keep weight gain.
  • Fasting for a long time.
  • Drinking more than two cups of coffee a day.
  • Using artificial sugar.
  • Foods that use preservatives.
